Central Texas RV Park is Now Open!
Central Texas RV Park(CTRVP) located in historic Weir TX opened in 2020! Getting this RV Park up and running has been full of delays so we want to thank everyone who has shown interest in the park for their patience!

State Tax Free RV Travelers Home Base
Central Texas RV Park is a great place for full time RVers to use as their home base while traveling the rest of our beautiful Country. While tenants are here they will enjoy access to a bunch of great nearby attractions, shopping and restaurants. We offer our guests a quiet country feel while having very easy access to Georgetown, Round Rock and Cedar Park. Tenants will also have quick access to the major metropolitan areas of Austin, Dallas/Ft. Worth and Houston which are all within hours of CTRVP. Texas also offers domicile for qualified RVers so you can take advantage of our lack of a State Income Tax.
Our Community Center
Our Community Center will be free for residents to use with kitchenette and outside BBQ grills. Covered porch is 16’x60’, handicap restroom inside.
We had HUGE cedar trees brought in for the entry ways, building columns, trusses, arches and huge rail fencing. We like the rustic look!
Fishing Lake - Coming in Phase 2
Limestone borders for the fishing lake. There is a existing spring fed lake onsite that will be enlarged for residents to catch and release fish or just relax by. The limestone will be at waters edge in the dam so if you want to sit on the edge and put your feet in the water you can. We are not in a flood plane but 2- miles from Berry Creek, 3- miles from San Gabriel River, 15- minutes from Lake Georgetown and 20- minutes from Lake Granger.
Relax and let us take care of the lawn with our Toro mowers. 
Welcome to CTRVP! We are currently accepting registration for tenants in our brand new RV Park in Weir Texas. We just opened in 2020! We have been working really hard to bring RV'ers a really special place to call home in Central Texas.
All guests and visitors must abide by the Park Rules. A copy of the park rules can be obtained at our office and will be provided at Check-in.

Park Rules:
All guests and visitors must abide by the Park Rules. A copy of the park rules can be obtained at our office and will be provided at Check-in.
o No Driving or Parking on Grass
o For insurance we are an adult park, minors may visit
o 10MPH Speed Limit throughout the Park
o Quiet Time is from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
o There is a limit of 3 people per site
o All RV’s are subject to inspection and approval by Management. We reserve the right to refuse service based on RV appearance or condition. Rigs more than 10 years old have to be approved in advance by Management. Please send current pictures if you have any questions about your vehicle.
o Pop-Up Trailers, Pick-up Campers, Horse Trailers, Tents, Park Rv’s, and Tiny Homes ARE NOT allowed.
o Window A/C units ARE NOT allowed.
o Sleeping outside the RV is not allowed.
o Boats and Flat (open) trailers ARE NOT permitted to be parked on property.
o Cargo (closed) trailers need to be approved by Management before they can be allowed to park on property.
o Limit of two-vehicle parking per Site. Vehicles must be parked in designated parking spot.
Parking on roads, yards and/or unoccupied sites is prohibited.
o No Smoking in any Common Areas or Buildings.
o No Glass Containers allowed on Common Areas.
o Ashes from grilles or fire pits must be disposed of properly and not dumped on the ground.
Pet Rules
o Pets must be kept on a 6-foot leash at all times. Leaving a pet unattended, tied up, or kenneled outside any RV is prohibited.
o Due to Insurance Restrictions, certain dog breeds with a history of aggression cannot be accepted. These dogs are any purebred or crossbred of: Pit Bull, Doberman, Rottweilers, Chow Chow, and any Wolf-dog Hybrid.
o Additionally, the owners of dogs of any breed that are or become aggressive, will be asked to leave.
o Owners MUST clean up after their pets in any area.
o Pets must have all current vaccinations.
o Pets are not allowed in Restrooms.

CTRVP in Georgetown TX offers full time RVers a location with a great climate year round, a centralized location for your RV adventures and we are located in one of a few no State Tax states. There are several RVing clubs and other resources available that can help you obtain a mailing address as well as provide you with the resources to become a domicile of Texas should you choose to make the greatest state in the Union your home.
